What a country with MTN!!

What comes in mind when you hear about this
great company called ''MTN'' how it all started in
Nigeria our dear country. Compared to most
African countries which they operate in, Nigeria
could be seen as the leading country where she
generate's her highest earnings, no doubt about
that.
With over more than 50 million subscribers. One
could ask this noble question? What have we
done to have been faced with the new phase of
MTN! Calls at high rate? Sending of unwarranted
messages from unknown short code's numbers
created by the same MTN! Messages that causes
you discomfort and runs down the battery of the
phones.
Charges on games which you did not enter but
rather, MTN engaged you by them self. Who
among us that has not witnessed all this! This
act is becoming unbearable! We talk about fraud
in different faces, I think, MTN company in
Nigeria is not a saint from that act.
Nigerian Communication Commission (NCC)
should look into this matter and save the
common man and woman out there on the
street. Their right has been taken away because
calling their customer care is a waste of time.
You could ask, how many of our parents can be
able to check their account balance?
This has given them the power to steal people's
money without them knowing. MTN should not
play smart because every beat of what I have
stated here are all their practices.
Other communication companies like Airtel,
Etisalat and Glo are not ruled out but MTN are
the major offenders. MTN is my network but their
role in all this has been totally unacceptable, bad
and unfair to all her customers.
